At Universal, we’re a complete diesel engine solution provider. That means that in addition to new engine sales, we are equipped to repair and replace aging engines for the industrial diesel engine lines that we represent.

We currently offer four ways to replace/repower your diesel engine. And thanks to decades of experience in diesel engine sales and service, our team can recommend the best approach based on a host of factors, including engine size, cost, and projected downtime.

New Engine – we can provide a brand-new engine from DEUTZ to replace your aging engine.
Factory Rebuilt Xchange – DEUTZ offers factory-rebuilt engines at considerable savings versus new ones. These engines have been comprehensively rebuilt, tested, and are ready for implementation. Factory-rebuilt engines come with a limited warranty as well.
UTC Rebuilt Exchange – we use our years of expertise and our highly trained technical staff to rebuild engines ourselves. This can be a good way to upgrade your DEUTZ without much downtime, and at substantial cost savings. Best of all, we offer a 12-month or 2,000-hour warranty on all of our rebuilt engines.
Rebuild Services – Thanks to years of experience, our technicians can rebuild your existing engine. Many of our customers prefer this option as it can be tailored to their needs and budget while allowing them to receive their own engine back – refreshed and reinvigorated. This option also includes our 12-month or 2,000-hour warranty.

Lifetime Parts Warranty

Choosing S-DEUTZ means choosing excellent quality without compromises. That is why all customers who register their engine online are automatically entitled to the DEUTZ Lifetime Parts Warranty. We offer an extended warranty for five years or 5,000 operating hours for genuine DEUTZ spare parts purchased from and installed by, one of our authorized service partners.

Conditions & Details

The DEUTZ Lifetime Parts Warranty is valid for all DEUTZ engine series that meet emissions standards EU Stage IIIA / US Tier 3 or higher.

Mining equipment is excluded.

The warranty covers all costs for material and labor in respect of repairs required due to the failure of spare parts caused by material or manufacturing defects. It is valid for spare parts purchased from, and installed by, an authorized DEUTZ service partner since January 1, 2021.

Other costs, such as travel costs or downtime costs, are not covered.

All genuine DEUTZ spare parts are included.

‍‍Parts described as maintenance parts or wearing parts in the engine’s operating manual, operating liquids, and DEUTZ Xchange products are excluded.

Maintenance of the engine must be carried out in accordance with the DEUTZ operating manual.

Only DEUTZ operating liquids, liquids officially approved by DEUTZ, and the fuel recommended by DEUTZ may be used.

To be eligible, you must register your DEUTZ engine

online at www.sdeutz.com

You need to submit the original receipt from the DEUTZ service partner

in order to make a claim under the extended warranty for spare parts.

To ensure the availability of our products and services across the UAE, Universal Trading Company LLC operates branches in Abu Dhabi (Mussafah) and Dubai.

Our central hub is located in Industrial Area No. 9, Mussafah, and includes:

A modern showroom for machinery display
A central warehouse for spare parts and equipment
A fully equipped service workshop for maintenance and repair

Central Stores – Spare Parts Division:

Our central stores in Abu Dhabi are designed to maintain comprehensive inventory levels—from fast-moving items to critical components—based on engine population and client needs. This proactive stock management helps minimize machinery downtime and ensures quick response to service demands.

Universal Trading Company LLC’s Machinery Division is built on a foundation of technical expertise, genuine partnerships, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Whether supplying new machinery or supporting equipment already in operation, we strive to deliver excellence at every stage.

Workshops, Abu Dhabi

Our state-of-the-art workshops in Abu Dhabi are fully equipped to handle a wide range of machinery maintenance and repair services. Facilities include a cleaning bay, engine overhaul workshops, and a dedicated dust-free clean room for precision tasks. All workshops are fitted with specialized tools and diagnostic equipment to ensure high-quality service.

Our service personnel are highly qualified and factory-trained, regularly upgrading their skills through continuous training programs conducted in collaboration with our international principals. This ensures we maintain the highest standards in service delivery.

To further enhance our responsiveness, the Service Department is supported by a fleet of service vehicles and mobile workshops. These mobile units—customized Toyota minibuses—are fully equipped with tools, batteries, and workbenches, enabling us to deliver on-site support efficiently and effectively. We are proud to offer 24/7 service support, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients.

Dubai Branch

Our Dubai branch is strategically positioned to serve Dubai and the Northern Emirates. To ensure seamless delivery of products and technical services, we maintain close coordination between all branches. This includes the efficient movement of personnel, equipment, and spare parts, ensuring timely support for our customers across the region.
