This document seeks to present a brief introduction on Machinery Division of Universal Trading Company. The core activity of Machinery Division, as the name suggests, is supply of Machinery Equipment. Our activities include supply of machinery, spare parts and provision of service support. Under this Division, we have exclusive agency for Deutz and we service partner for Mecc Alte.

We are proud to represent this well known brand from Germany. This is an engine company, engaged in the manufacture of diesel engines for over hundred years. The company has factories across Germany. The types of diesel engines include air cooled and liquid cooled. The engines have earned reputation in the application areas of Industrial, Agricultural Machinery, Automotive, Gensets and Marine.

Sixty years of experience
Global alternator supplier from UK producing over 1400 alternators a day in factories across the globe. The company has gained reputation for its proven expertise and experience in research, design, low-cost manufacturing and development capabilities for several decades. It is a complete solution provider for alternators with manufacturing range from 1 to 5,000kVA!

INFRASTRUCTURE AND FACILITIES
To make our products and services available more easily to our valued customers, we have established branches at Abu Dhabi (Mussafah), Dubai and Al Ain.
Our facilities in Abu Dhabi are located in the Industrial Area No. 9 of Mussafah. The facilities include central warehouse for machinery and spare parts, and workshops for service and repair works.
Central Stores, Abu Dhabi
The facilities are well planned and state of the art. We take pride in saying that our spare parts stocks cover complete range i.e. fast moving to items of critical nature. This is helping our customers in reducing and avoiding downtime of their machinery.
Our central stores stock spare parts in sufficient qualities in keeping with the engine population.
Workshops, Abu Dhabi
We have well established state of the art workshops. The facilities include from cleaning bay to engine workshops, clean room (dust-free), welding / fabrication areas. The workshops are equipped with special tools. Our service personnel are well qualified and factory trained always updating their skills with constant training programmes being conducted by our principals.
The Service Department is supported by fleet of service pickups and mobile workshops. Mobile workshops are housed in Toyota minibuses well equipped from batteries to working benches. This fleet strengthens our capacity to reach our customers in the hour of need. We provide 24 Hours service support.
Dubai Branch
Our Dubai branch caters to Dubai and Northern emirates. We have full fledged machinery and spare parts stores and workshops for service support. For an effective supply of products and service support, we coordinate movement of men and material between branches.
Al Ain Branch
This branch caters to our Al Ain area. We have similar facilities established in our Al Ain facilities.
